Dear Ferid,
This is the final letter, I promise. Don't go looking anywhere else, because you won't find any others.
If anyone is going to be able to figure out my code and read all of my notes, it's you. I doubt it'll do any good, but my alchemy's my pride and joy and I want to leave it for you. Maybe it'll give you someone to work on during the nights when you're not sleeping. (Do arbiters sleep?)
I hope you have a lot of fun here with Ginti. I don't want you to be upset or bothered by anything, so I like thinking that you'll have fun. Maybe you'll throw parties for the arbiters. I'm actually kind of sad I won't get to see that. If they're all like Ginti and Decim then they'll do nothing but hold up the walls and I think you'd find that really disappointing.
When we meet again I hope I'll have some memories of our time together. But even if I don't I want you to know that these have been some of the best times of my life. You mean the world to me and I hope when we meet again I'll finally find the words to express it.
