I take it you've gotten that a lot, then? Trolls aren't something that exist in my world, that's all.

They don't exist in a lot of worlds, apparently. Then in the ones in which they do, they're these fucking supernatural like monsters. Giants. Live under bridges...

Hell that's nothing like what I am.

It's the bewilderment factor that gives me a case of the goddamn sighs. I mean it's not like the fact there are other people here that aren't human is a big secret.

I can sort of sympathize with that. I'm an alchemist in my world and people keep asking if all I can do is turn lead to gold. It's something that's second-nature for us, but other people don't get because it doesn't exist in the same form in their world.

So what are trolls like in your world?

We're conquerors. Upon reaching adulthood we get shipped off world to join the fleet. Take over one planet at a fucking time. Violence is something we're born into and fucking raised to be.
